All data transmitted during a session is encrypted end-to-end. No one else can intercept or view your screen.

Common Questions

Can my technician access my computer after the session ends?

No. Sessions are completely temporary and non-persistent. Once the session ends -- whether you close the app, your technician disconnects, or the session times out -- the connection is gone permanently. A new session requires you to initiate a fresh connection from scratch.

Does this install anything on my computer?

No permanent software is installed. A small, temporary application runs during the session only. It does not add startup entries, background services, or scheduled tasks. Once closed, it leaves no footprint on your system.

Is my data safe during the session?

Yes. The connection uses industry-standard encryption (TLS) to protect all data in transit. Your technician can only see and interact with what is on your screen -- they cannot access files or data you have not opened.

What if I need to step away during a session?

You can close the application at any time to immediately end the session. If you need to pause, simply let your technician know -- they will wait. You are always in control.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no account creation, login, or signup required on your end. You simply click the button, run the temporary client, and share the session code with your technician.
